One click merges the message and its Word, Excel, PowerPoint, image and PDF attachments into a single, compressed PDF, ready to archive, file, or share.
Get it for Outlook, freeWorks in the new Outlook for Windows, Outlook on the web, and Outlook for Mac.
The new Outlook and Outlook on the web don't run legacy COM add-ins. Email to PDF is a modern web add-in, it runs everywhere current Outlook does, including Mac.
The email body comes first, then each attachment you select, merged into a single file, in order, with compression that keeps it small.
One focused job done well. Pick the attachments, click merge, download your PDF. That's the whole product.
In Outlook, open any message → Apps → Add apps → search for “Save Email as PDF”. Or get it from Microsoft Marketplace:
Open Microsoft MarketplacePDF, Word (doc/docx), Excel (xls/xlsx), PowerPoint (ppt/pptx), and images (PNG, JPG, GIF, BMP, TIFF). Other formats are intentionally not supported, unsupported attachments are clearly marked and simply left out of the merge.
Yes, all three. It's a modern web add-in, not a legacy COM add-in, so it runs in the new Outlook for Windows, Outlook on the web, and Outlook for Mac (Microsoft 365 mailboxes).
On our secure servers (Google Cloud), used only to produce your PDF. Output files auto-delete within 24 hours and download links expire after 30 minutes. See the privacy policy.
Images inside documents are downsampled to 150 DPI and photos re-encoded, typically a much smaller file with no visible difference on screen. You can switch it off per merge.
Anytime, from the “Manage billing” link in the add-in. You keep Pro until the end of the paid period.
